Jeremy Renner’s fans have been responding to a bittersweet tweet posted by the actor just days before he was injured in a snow plough accident.
Renner was airlifted to hospital on Sunday following an accident that took place at his Lake Tahoe home, and just three days prior had written about ‘kicking off the new year’ by giving back to those in need.
Concerned fans have now started replying to the 51-year-old Marvel star’s message in their dozens, hoping for his quick recovery.
On Thursday, the Oscar-nominated star tweeted: ‘There’s no better way to kick off the new year than giving back to those who need it most! Don’t miss #Rennervations, coming soon to @Disney+.’
Renner was promoting his upcoming four-part series, Rennervations, which will see him embrace his ‘life-long passion to give back to communities around the world’.
In the show, the doting dad will team up with experts to rebuild purpose-built vehicles for communities in need.
