Five months after their divorce, Zach Braff took to social media to wish his ex-girlfriend Florence Pugh a happy birthday.
The Don’t Worry Darling actress turned 27 on January 3, and Zach, 47, shared a photo of her on his Instagram stories.
Zach, the former Scrubs star, uploaded a black and white shot of Florence sitting above the Hollywood sign on Mount Lee in Los Angeles, turning to face the camera.
Zach just said, ‘Happy Birthday, legend,’ and tagged his ex-girlfriend in the post.
Florence has not reshared Zach’s post to her own Story, but she has posted celebrations from a number of other celebrity friends, including Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things, Bridgerton‘s Simone Ashley, and radio DJ Edith Bowman.
Florence and Zach confirmed their breakup after three years together in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar magazine in August, revealing they had split earlier in the year.
She said of their private split: ‘We’ve been trying to do this separation without the world knowing, because it’s been a relationship that everybody has an opinion on.
‘We just felt something like this would really do us the benefit of not having millions of people telling us how happy they are that we’re not together. So we’ve done that. I automatically get a lumpy throat when I talk about it.’
Many criticised the former couple’s nearly 21-year age difference, with Florence talking up about brutal troll remarks in 2021.

She told The Sunday Times: ‘I think it bugs people that it’s not who they expected.
‘But it’s my life and I’m not doing anything to please people or to make it a better headline or story. I want to also be a person!’
When A Good Person, a film written and directed by Zach and co-produced by Florence, hits theatres in March, Florence will star in it.
She will play Allison, a woman who develops an odd friendship with her would-be father-in-law years after being involved in a deadly car accident.
Morgan Freeman and Molly Shannon from The White Lotus will also appear in the film.
