Baked goods lovers rejoice! Greggs has launched its new Autumn menu, which includes a new breakfast option for those wishing to start their day with a treat.
The menu is now available, and it includes ten new options, including some old favourites that are returning, as well as some brand new flavours to warm us all up.
Returning for the cooler months, the Pumpkin Spice Latte (£2.50) and Salted Caramel Latte (£2.50) lattes are available, including an iced version. There will also be an Orange Mocha (£2.60) and an Orange Hot Chocolate (£3.10) available.
Brand new things A Mexican Bean & Spicy Cheese Flatbread and a BBQ Chicken Pizza Box with four or six pieces are offered for £7.55 and £9.55, respectively.
For those who enjoy a sweet treat, there is a new Pumpkin Spice Doughnut. The soft doughnut is filled with spicy pumpkin and topped with icing and caramelised biscuit crumbs. This delectable delight costs £1.35.
But the truly outstanding new item is a breakfast game changer.
The All Day Breakfast Baguette costs £3.80 and comes with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, and ketchup.
Greggs, which previously only served breakfast in the morning, has decided to halt the lunacy of breakfast ending at 11 a.m. after hearing the complaints of breakfast aficionados all over the UK.
So you do not have to worry about losing out on breakfast on days when only a fry-up sarnie will suffice.
The All Day Breakfast Baguette has a hot new addition to the midday menu.
The Mexican Bean and Spicy Cheese Flatbread features mixed beans in a Mexican-style sauce with peppers, sweetcorn, and jalapeños. It is then topped with slices of cheddar cheese and chillies.
Greggs says that this sandwich is’made for individuals who can bear the heat’. The Mexican Bean and Spicy Cheese Flatbread costs £3.50.
The new autumn menu is now available at Greggs shops. You can also click and collect your new favourites using the Greggs App, which is free to download and offers a choice of scrumptious incentives. For every nine purchases, app users can receive a complimentary hot drink or treat.
