Kelly Clarkson just called out her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock?
The performer, 40, appeared to be mocking her ex by changing the words in a cover song on her TV program, referring to her bitter divorce from the talent manager, 46.
Kelly was belting out a cover of Gayle’s viral hit abcdefu, but she chose to make the knockout track more personal by mentioning her partner.
‘F*** you and your mom and your sister and your job and your broke-a** car and that s*** you call art’, Grammy-nominee Gayle sings in the original version.
But performing her own cover on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Kelly instead sang: ‘Forget you and your dad and the fact that you got half and my broken heart, turn that s*** into art’.
Kelly returned to the normal lyrics for the remainder of the show, but the lyric shift was not lost on admirers.
One tweeted: ‘”forget you and your DAD”, we know what you did there honey!’
‘I know Brandon Blackstock feels the burn from this’, another penned.
‘the lyric change! oh her divorce album is gonna be soooo good!!’, one individual tweeted.
Kelly was married to Brandon for almost a decade before calling it quits in 2020 and finalising their divorce last year.
The former spouses share two children, River Rose, seven, and Remington Alexander, five, and were engaged in a bitter custody struggle, with legal battles over property, child support, and spousal support among the problems they confronted.

Kelly ultimately won sole custody, but she’ll have to spend a lot of money.
Brandon, who resides in Montana, will have the kids for one weekend a month, according to prior TMZ reports.
While Brandon contested the pre-nuptial agreement, the court upheld its validity, allowing Kelly to retain her annual salary of around $20 million (£15 million).
However, until January 2024, the Breakaway hitmaker must give Brandon $115,000 (£87k) per month in spouse support.
He will also receive $46,000 (£35k) per month in child support, and as part of the deal, Kelly will give him $1.3 million (£990,000).
Meanwhile, Brandon is allowed to remain at Kelly’s Montana ranch until June 1, but he must give her $12,500 (£9,150) in rent each month.
The legal fight hasn’t stopped Kelly from working in the studio, as she’s already revealed a break-up album named Chemistry, which has everyone excited.
Kelly surprised fans this week with her statement, promising to chronicle her “entire relationship” with Brandon, not just their split.
‘It is officially time to tell you that I’ve been working on this project for close to three years now, and I wasn’t sure I was going to release it but I am!’, The Voice coach said in a video.

Of the title, she explained: ‘I was trying to find a word that really described the whole thing ’cause I didn’t want everybody to think I was just coming out with some just like, “I’m angry, I’m sad”, like, just one or two emotions, you know?’
‘This album is definitely the arc of an entire relationship… and a whole relationship shouldn’t be just brought down to one thing,’ she added subtly.
‘So, there’s, you know, the good, the bad and the ugly kind of thing going on in it. Chemistry can be a really amazing, sexy, cool, fun thing, but it can also be very bad for you.’
Chemistry will be released ‘soon,’ according to Kelly.
