While filming in Sicily, Amanda Holden had her own Marilyn Monroe moment.
Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job, their own TV show, was just launched by the Britain’s Got Talent judge and buddy Alan Carr.
Throughout their repair trip, the successful BBC programme caught the TV favourites modernising a dilapidated apartment purchased under Italy’s One Euro initiative.
While there was a lot of hard work involved in making the house appear nice, there were also a lot of laughter along the way.
Amanda, 52, was saved from a wardrobe malfunction by comedian Alan, 46, in a new bloopers film after her dress blew up in the wind.
The radio host ended up flashing her whole rear, presumably grateful that a) she was wearing panties and b) it was dark!
Amanda and Alan, on the other hand, laughed off the gaffe, with Alan sarcastically telling her, ‘You can see everything!’ to which she replied, ‘I know.’
Amanda tried to talk with a man in Italian, while Alan quipped that she was already ‘on the pull’ after five minutes.
The couple reportedly liked singing Walking On Sunshine in a vehicle karaoke session and twirling about in restaurants at night with cocktails in hand.
In fact, there was plenty of wine tasting going on, with Amanda joking that they weren’t paying attention to the experts but instead using it as an opportunity to ‘get drunk for free’.
The blooper reel was shared in celebration of Amanda and Alan’s Italian home officially being up for sale.
‘ITS FOR SALE .( link on my stories)’, Amanda wrote to her Instagram followers.
‘To Celebrate- here’s a blooper reel of Alan and Amandas #Italianjob last ep tonight on @bbc or whole series on @bbciplayer . Our beautiful apartment is for sale. All proceeds go to @bbccin @comicrelief all the details are in my stories ❤️’
The gorgeous property is on the market for £127,825.
The Salemi flat, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comes completely furnished owing to Amanda and Alan’s interior design expertise, meaning it’s ready to move into for one lucky individual to make their own.
Furthermore, Amanda and Alan’s BBC show was just renewed for a second season.
‘It’s so difficult for new TV series to make an impact, but the numbers have been phenomenal, and Amanda and Alan’s chemistry is apparent,’ a source told The Sun.
‘To think the pair of them had the idea themselves during lockdown and are now planning series two is a dream come true for them both. There are still logistics, timings and details to sort but, all being well, they’ll be officially announcing the news soon.’
Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job is available to stream now on BBC iPlayer.
