Big Brother has disciplined Hallie for the second time in two days for another rule violation, but many believe she should be evicted.
The housemate, who was forced to spend time in the garden prison after she and Olivia were called out, has breached the rules yet again when it comes to discussing nominations, informing her other competitors that she felt Matty had put her up for eviction.
Speaking on Thursday night’s episode of Big Brother: Late & Live, Will Best revealed Hailee is being punished in scenes set to air on Friday, as she was told: ‘Therefore, Big Brother is left with no choice but to punish you.’
She was compelled to wear a large sandwich board with the words ‘rule breaker’ on it.
Fans, on the other hand, have demanded a harsher response, with some even calling for Hallie to be evicted.
‘Hallie is not even remorseful, she should be added to nominees to be evicted #BBUK,’ wrote one viewer, as a second fan added: ‘Cancel the eviction. Nominate her and the other rule breakers.’
Another person argued: ‘So Hallie broke two rules and she ain’t getting evicted instead of Zak… even though she’s the reason why he’s up for eviction…. REPLACE ZAK WITH HER FOR EVICTION TF?!?!? #bbuk’
And someone else said: ‘”Big Brother takes rule breaking very seriously” *adds funny costume to the rulebreaker and doesnt make them accountable in any way* #BBUK’
Others defended Hallie, with one fan responding: ‘People moaning to have her evicted, like she’s the first housemate to break the rules… it’s always happened!’
Hallie, 18, has had a rough week after the main episode featured her and Olivia, 23, sending hidden notes to each other during nominations.
Olivia and Hallie’s subtle-ish act didn’t go unnoticed as host AJ Odudu revealed on Big Brother: Late & Live: ‘Can confirm that we’ve only had a blooming rule break! Big Brother caught Hallie and Olivia drawing housemates’ names on each other’s backs but don’t worry, this didn’t effect the outcome of this week’s nomination.’
They looked to be debating who they’d nominated using the codes, with Hallie writing out letters on Olivia’s back.
The two seemingly wrote names and letters on each other’s backs with Olivia saying: ‘N? O?’ as Hallie quickly replied: ‘Okay, stop spelling now!’ to which Olivia went: ‘Yep, yep, got you!’
In last last night’s main episode, Big Brother said: ‘Hallie you wrote on Olivia’s back. Olivia you relayed this out loud and said “is a gameplayer”.
‘Later on Hallie, you wrote another message on Olivia’s back, as you did so, Olivia you said the letters out loud “N” and “O.” ‘
Noky asked Hallie if she was talking about her, but she replied: ‘Do you want me to say what was written? I said Zak was a gameplayer and I said I think Matty nominated me. It was nothing about Noky.’
Olivia added: ‘I’m sorry. It was never intended to be a secret message.’
The couple were transported to Big Brother jail in the garden while wearing orange jumpsuits and sitting in the rain, yelling ‘hell’.
When they were permitted back into the house, they went immediately to the Diary Room, claiming Big Brother had unfairly punished them, but they were reminded that they had read the rules before entering the house.
Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
