The nominations for Big Brother’s second elimination have been published, and things have changed since last week.
Farida was expelled from the house following Pot Noodle-gate and picking at Olivia’s salmon, while Kerry also ruffled a few feathers and was a prospective evictee.
However, things have changed in only a few days, and now two other housemates are up for eviction – with Kerry’s name only mentioned by Trish, Yinrun for her ‘on the surface’ statements, and Matty for her ‘tantrums’.
As announced on tonight’s Big Brother, Henry and Zak are now up for public vote ahead of Friday.
Zak was nominated five times by Hallie, Kerry, Chanelle, Jenkin, and Henry.
Meanwhile, Dylan, Olivia, Noky, and Jenkin all nominated Henry for four awards.
‘It feels like our upbringings were very different and it feels like in regards to the food he can be selfish,’ Jenkin began the nominations with, explaining why he chose Henry before going on to say that his second vote went to Zak, calling him ‘disingenuous’.
Meanwhile, Tom accused Hallie of ‘acting up for the cameras,’ before voting for Jordan for ‘not pulling his weight’.
Henry stated he couldn’t ‘connect on a deeper level’ to Zak, but handed his second nomination to Paul, stating they wouldn’t connect with each other in the outside world, while Trish also called Paul out for his lack of ‘deep conversation’.
Elsewhere, Chanelle and Paul both nominated Trish, while Kerry got her own back and nominated Matty, calling him ‘annoying’.
‘I just don’t like him!’ she declared
Olivia also went for a ‘sly’ Matty, giving her second vote to Henry after his lack of familiarity with what was going on in the house.
When the nominations were finally revealed to the whole house, the contestants were stunned to say the least, with Jordan speechless and Yinrun in tears.
Henry himself burst into tears in the diary room, saying how much he’ll miss his friends, especially Jordan.
‘I know that after this we’ll 100% be life long friends, I just want to make the most out of it while I’m still in this crazy, fun house.’
He went on to say that the nomination against Zak persuaded him that he would be the one to depart, despite Zak’s apparent “popularity.”
‘I never pretended to be anything I wasn’t, that’s my whole ethos in here, to be fundamentally myself,’ he continued.
The surprise comes after Jordan teased Noky’s name in a teaser on Tuesday’s Late and Live.
He explained: ‘My second nomination is Noky.
‘I found that over the past few days she’s been slightly melodramatic.
‘When we had to nominate two people to go into the VIP glamping area, she acted as though going in there was a life-changing opportunity and broke into tears for some inexplainable reason, confusing the house and ruining what was supposed to be a treat for two people.
‘Her melodramatics make me question whether I can trust everything Noky has to say.’
His vote was joined by Yinrun, who put Noky’s name down saying she wants to know ‘who she really is’.
Fans were clearly shook at the news, with one saying: ‘I was so not ready for Jordan nominating Noky.’
‘Omg not Noky wtf JORDAN???’ another fumed.
‘Jordan nominated Noky???’ someone else questioned.
Voting for this week’s eviction is open exclusively via the Big Brother app, with viewers being asked to vote for the housemate they wish to evict from the house.
Big Brother continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
