A double eviction has been revealed for Big Brother, causing mayhem.
The first double eviction of the 2023 season will take place on Friday, just days after Kerry Riches was evicted in a special Halloween show.
It means that three candidates will be eliminated in one week, and we can’t wait to watch the mayhem.
Fans have been responding to the news on social media, and although some are concerned about losing their favourite candidate, the majority are excited to watch the havoc it produces in the house.
Fans filled Twitter, aka X, with their predictions for what would happen, with many ‘terrified’ for Trisha and Noky, who aren’t exactly in the good graces of the house right now after being forced to pick three housemates for probable eviction in the Halloween episode.
”We’re finally getting a double ‘This is so dark sided of them to do a double eviction wow,’ one fan wrote, with another writing ‘what kind of set up is this telling the housemates who was possessed!’
‘A double eviction, we used to pray for times like these,’ one long-term viewer penned.
‘DOUBLE EVICTION OH IM SCARED,’ another fan wrote – a fitting feeling for Halloween night.
The Big Brother house welcomed the scary ‘room 101’ activities for the housemates on Tuesday, but one especially gruesome job has outraged fans.
Contestants in the Halloween spooktacular episode had to accomplish obstacles while dressed in horrific costumes, including Henry as a pumpkin.
Many fans accused ITV of transforming Big Brother into I’m A Celeb because the tasks resembled bushtucker trials, with the housemates putting their hands inside mysterious terrifying boxes.
Jordan and Chanelle were assigned the most difficult task: plunge their heads into fish innards and collect dead fish in a grisly twist on apple bobbing.
The pair were drenched in watery blood and intestines by the conclusion of the exercise, with Chanelle appearing more like Carrie than the Wicked Witch.
Fans were unimpressed, believing that this request was far more difficult and filthy than the last one, in which Yinrun, Jenkin, and Tom sat while a clown slammed the table.
‘So Chanelle and Jordan have to do this but all Yinrun/Tom had to endure was a clown??’ scathed one viewer.
A second added: ‘Jordan and Chanelle got it way worse than the last group.’
While no one wants to suffer through their worst nightmare – with Yinrun squealing the whole clown encounter – the assignment felt out of control.
‘I would be VIOLENTLY SICK if I had to put my face in fish guts,’ shared another viewer as many called the task ‘revolting’ and ‘obscene’.
Someone else added: ‘I can’t believe they made Tom Yin and Jen just sit around with a clown walking around whilst making Jordan and Chanelle dunk their heads in fish guts?!?!??’
‘How is this equal to Yinrun and co’s task!?! This is revolting!!!’ agreed another disgruntled viewer.
The I’m A Celeb themed trial did score points for the couple, who excelled in the assignment, with fans stating they should ‘automatically win’.
While Jordan and Chanelle remain in the running, Kerry was booted from the house, sparking a heated debate between Dylan and Trish.
Big Brother airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
