Dated and Related winners Kaz and Diana have split, only weeks since the show hit our screens.
The wild reality dating series saw a bunch of single siblings shoved into a villa together on the hunt for love, which meant not only did they have to wing man-and-woman their brothers and sisters, but they also had to witness their siblings flirt, in tears over failed romances, and pack on the PDA.
Diana, who entered the villa with her twin sister Nina, and Kaz, who walked in with brother Kieran, locked eyes from day one, and their relationship grew stronger at every test.
The firefighter even told the 29-year-old that he loved her, in an extremely romantic surprise in the villa.
However, the pair have now split, with Kaz revealing the news during an interview on the Reality with Will Njobvu podcast.
Host Will asked Kaz how his relationship with Diana is going, to which he replied: ‘Yeah so, me and Diana, we’re talking, there’s a lot that happened.’
He continued, talking about whether she is still his girlfriend: ‘Unfortunately we haven’t actually said anything, we haven’t had a proper discussion about it.
‘I asked her to be my girlfriend, I said that I loved her and I did.’
‘It got very intense and it was a lot to take in,’ he added, continuing: ‘Coming outside of [the villa] was a different story.
‘You’ve got a lot more going on, going back to work, family commitments and family issues we had going on, we saw less and less of each other.’
Kaz admitted that he is now speaking to other people, saying: ‘I’ve had communication with girls and I’ve spoken to a couple of people but it hasn’t gotten to anything serious.’
When Will probed: ‘Am I correct in saying that you two are no longer together,’ Kaz confirmed the break-up: ‘We’re not, but we are excited to see what happens in the future. We’re in a totally different place now.’
This comes after Diana insisting her relationship with Kaz was ‘genuine’, telling Metro.co.uk exclusively: ‘‘You can see that I’m very passionate about the relationship that I have with Kaz, like you can see that it is very genuine.’
Her twin Nina jumped in to add: ‘I say at the beginning [of the series] in an interview that Diana is very emotional, a hopeless romantic.
‘What she sees is what she likes and she goes for that, and when she likes someone, she stays loyal and her eyes don’t turn.’
Nina continued: ‘So you can see that on the show, how we move towards guys, I am way slower than Diana and that’s literally how we are in reality.’
