Baby Tatum, the son of Khloe Kardashian, is set to make his reality TV premiere in the upcoming episode of The Kardashians.
The 38-year-old introduced her second child with Tristan Thompson to the world last summer through surrogacy, making True, her daughter, a big sister.
Nevertheless, the surrogacy journey of this on-again, off-again couple wasn’t without its challenges: shortly after their journey began, it became known that Tristan Thompson, 32-year-old LA Lakers player, had secretly fathered another son with Maralee Nichols.
Insiders claim that this infidelity drama led the mother of two to give their baby boy her own last name, Kardashian, instead of Thompson.
In the upcoming episode, we see Tristan coming home with their baby in a stroller, expressing his gratitude and love for the Kardashian clan.
Says he, visibly moved,’I’m truly grateful to you and my family. I really can’t express what you all mean to me right now’ as an emotional Kris wipes away her tears in the scene’s end.
Khloe and Tristan became an item in 2016 and welcomed True into their lives two years later. However, their relationship hit rock bottom after Tristan was unfaithful to pregnant Khloe.
The couple managed to resolve their differences, but their romance took another hit after Tristan was reported kissing Jordyn Woods on a night out.
During lockdown, they got back together and chose to pursue surrogacy for their second child. However, their reconciliation took a hit after it was revealed that he had secretly had a child with Maralee.
After going their separate ways eventually, they introduced Tatum last summer and continue to co-parent their children closely yet separately.
In a previous episode of the Kardashians, Khloe updated her mother Kris Jenner on their relationship, saying: ‘We share a great friendship. We have no issues getting along and for my kids, I will put everything aside.
‘Relationships are in the past, so why hold on to something? I don’t need to “punish” him because we are not together anymore.
‘I maintain boundaries, of course. I have my restrictions around a lot of things. Unless kids are involved, no one is relaxing here.
Everything is for the kids. We’re not hanging out alone or just watching TV…’
