Gemma Collins and Dame Joan Collins recreated *that* Dynasty slap, giving us the famous television moment we never knew we needed.
The former Towie star, 42, was’slapped’ by the iconic actress, 89, during an appearance on Joe Lycett’s Channel 4 show Late Night Lycett.
From 1981 through 1989, Dame Joan played Alexis Colby, who was involved in a famous fight scene with Linda Evans’ Krystle Carrington.
On Friday’s chatshow, the renowned actress resurrected her combative side, acting out the slap with Gemma.
Reading from Joe’s script, Gemma began: ‘Step aside, Dame Joan! There’s a new Collins in town.’
Dame Joan replied: ‘I’m the original O.G’.
‘You are, honey. I’ll give you that but move over b**ch because I’m here,’ Gemma hit back.
Dame Joan then pretended to attack Gemma by using sound effects.
This comes after the former Towie star slammed her previous reality show four years after leaving it.
She continues to cement her position as the uncontested queen of reality TV, after fawning over Paul Hollywood and breaking the internet with her presence on Celebrity Bake Off.
If anybody can smell entertainment, it’s The GC, but she now claims that the program that made her famous has lost its edge due to a bland new ensemble.
‘I watched it the other night and I’ll never get those minutes of my life back. What’s happened?’ she gasped.
‘There were about two scenes in it. Chloe Brockett was good, and the new girl Elma [Pazar] but the rest of them were terrible.’
‘There’s no stars there, darling – we were stars,’ she continued to Daily Mirror newspaper.
As a result, Gemma revealed that she will not be returning to her Towie origins.
‘Being in those toxic arguing environments… it’s a load of c**p,’ she stressed.
Late Night Lycett airs Fridays at 10pm on Channel 4.
