Lee Riley of Gogglebox took aim at Big Brother at the reboot’s launch.
Since 2014, she has appeared as a couch reviewer on the popular show alongside her friend Jenny Newby, and the duo is notorious for not holding back when it comes to sharing their thoughts on what they’re seeing.
This week’s episode was no exception, as the two settled in to watch the return of the reality TV series, which initially aired in 2000.
Jenny reminded her companion that it had been five years since it had been on as they were getting set to watch the housemates enter.
‘Yea, that was when it was on Channel 5,’ he replied.
‘God how many channels has it been on,’ she asked.

‘Most of them,’ he quipped, before turning back to the screen.
Big Brother aired on Channel 5 from its inception until 2010.
The show was eventually taken up by Channel 5, who broadcast it from 2011 until 2018.

The current season can be seen on ITV.
This week has already seen a lot of drama in the house, with one housemate getting ousted and sent packing.
Farida Khalifa, 50, and Kerry Riches, 40, faced the first public vote on Friday night’s programme after receiving the most nominations from the housemates.
The audience was eager to have their say, and over 500,000 votes were submitted in advance of the eviction, which finally saw Farida go.
The Wolverhampton make-up artist took it all in stride and rejoiced, saying in her post-eviction interview, ‘I feel like a winner.’
‘I’m pleased to be out,’ she remarked, since she wants to ‘preserve my energies.’
The remaining 15 housemates will now compete for the title of Big Brother champion and the £100,000 prize.
Gogglebox airs on Fridays at 9pm on Channel 4.
