Holly Willoughby‘s lifestyle and health business Wylde Moon published an article on living with anxiety just hours before the alleged ‘kidnap plan’ surfaced.
A man has been charged and identified in connection with the alleged conspiracy to abduct the This Morning host.
Gavin Plumb, 36, was detained on Wednesday and accused with soliciting murder and inciting kidnapping.
Holly, 42, allegedly left the ITV programme on Thursday, and her London house is being watched by police.
The suspect is unknown to Holly, according to reports, and ITV executives were notified to the suspected plot on Thursday morning, leaving Josie Gibson and Alison Hammond to co-host This Morning when Holly dropped out just before her scheduled appearance.
Wylde Moon sent a link to a blog piece about living with anxiety just hours after Holly left This Morning.

‘How to spot and reduce your anxiety (it’s very different to ‘being a worrier’)’ the post read, as followers were directed to psychologist tips and advice.
The Wylde Moon account added on Instagram stories, ‘If you or someone you love suffers with anxiety, you know how tough it can be to cope with, you’re not alone.’
The long-time broadcaster, who has hosted the ITV breakfast show since 2009, was absent from yesterday’s edition, and it is now understood she was placed under police security at her house shortly after a threat became evident.
A source previously told The Sun: ‘Investigations are continuing but police are treating this as a credible conspiracy to kidnap Holly.
‘There were apparently some sinister and threatening messages found on electronic devices threatening to seriously harm her.’
She was stated to be’shocked and heartbroken,’ and it was determined that she should leave the programme.
It was unclear how authorities learned about the suspected plan, but computer gadgets and a mobile phone were confiscated.
A 24-hour police guard is also claimed to be stationed outside Holly’s London house, where she lives with her husband, Dan Baldwin, and their children, Harry, 14, Belle, 12, and Chester, eight.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1.
