Holly Willoughby’s firm Wylde Moon has filed its first set of papers and numbers imply the lifestyle company is ‘in the red’.
The 42-year-old This Morning host founded Wylde Moon in 2021, saying at the time that she wanted it to be “a place where she can share the things that she loves.”
Wylde Moon bills itself as a “lifestyle and guidance [brand] to help you reconnect with yourself,” and its website sells candles and perfumes as well as information on the moon, crystals, and astrology.
Last week, the brand filed its first set of accounts and figures obtained by MailOnline don’t look too healthy.
It comes as Holly’s ITV future is ‘revealed’ with bosses telling the star ‘not to rush back’.
The brand has more than £283,000 in assets, but £310,000 is owing to creditors, leaving Wylde Moon with only £149 in assets.

Holly – referred to in the records by her married name Mrs Holly Baldwin – seems to have taken a £46,000 advance in the year up to October 2022, according to Wylde Moon’s finances.
Mum-of-three Holly last mentioned Wylde Moon on social media in September, to commemorate the brand’s second anniversary.
The presenter wrote: ‘To everyone who has been on the @wyldemoon journey with us for the last 2 years… thank you!

‘I love sharing with you all those things that make my heart sing… from day 1 it’s been a space that felt important to me and over the last 2 years that feeling continues to grow.’
Holly added: ‘But the best bit is the connections and interactions with you fellow wylde ones… that is so unbelievably special… love you to the moon and back! Happy 2nd birthday @wyldemoon.’

Holly has had a trying month, having just left This Morning after 14 years on the show.
In a social media message, Holly said it was a ‘difficult goodbye’ and thanked ‘loyal and supportive’ viewers.
In terms of her comeback to television, a source told the Sun this week that channel executives have informed Holly there is ‘zero pressure’ to be ready for Dancing on Ice in January.

A source told the outlet: ‘Everyone around her – family, friends and her team – all agreed that a really decent break from work would do her the power of good.
‘ITV has assured her that there is zero pressure to be ready for Dancing on Ice even though she remains a much-loved part of the family.
‘After all, work begins on the skate show in December with shoots and promo, and nobody wants to place unrealistic expectations on Holly’s shoulders and have her feel she needs to rush back.’
