The 2023 calendar is now available. I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! line-up.
Months of speculation have preceded the forthcoming season, but the wait is almost over, with only one week until the new set of campmates enter the jungle, and we know precisely who will be travelling into the jungle.
This year’s list includes Britney Spears‘ sister Jamie Lynn, JLS singer Marvin Humes, and former UKIP leader Nigel Farage, as well as This Morning anchor Josie Gibson, Fred Sirieix from First Dates, and Danielle Harold from EastEnders.
We’ve also gotten our first glance at the gang in their jungle gear, ready to face the Bushtucker Trials and camp politics.
The new season premieres next Monday, so there’s still time to get to know the group and make predictions about who will win the stars and who will go away empty-handed.
Let’s take a look…

Jamie-Lynn Spears
When Jamie-Lynn Spears enters the jungle, fans will be anxious to hear her chat about her pop queen sister.
The former Zoey 101 actress, who competed on Dancing With The Stars this year, is overjoyed to show the audience her actual nature.
She said: ‘There is literally every misconception you can have on a person about me so I don’t take any of it seriously. But I do think going on I’m A Celebrity will be a nice way for people to see the real me.
‘This is an opportunity to be myself and do something really cool and have some awesome experiences in the meantime.’
Sam Thompson
Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson would struggle fighting the weather in the jungle, confessing he once had to quit a camping trip by 10pm because he was ‘too cold’.
However, he added: ‘I am so excited about taking part in I’m A Celebrity, it still feels like a dream. I feel like a competition winner taking part.
‘It was an absolute resounding ‘yes’ when I got approached. In fact, they didn’t even need to ask! I am a huge fan of the show.’
Josie Gibson
Josie Gibson has acknowledged that she is concerned about taking on too much with I’m A Celebrity, having moved from the Big Brother house to the This Morning couch and now the Australian jungle.
‘I know I have taken on challenges for This Morning in the past but I don’t know if I’ve taken on too much here. It’s all becoming very real,’ she confessed, although she’s excited to be at one with nature.
She added: ‘I am most looking forward to being at one with nature. And I hope I learn new things about myself. I hope I can push myself more than I think I can.’
Fred Sirieix
Fred Sirieix is accustomed to traversing the world with Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo, but I’m A Celebrity will present a whole new challenge.
‘It’s going to be hard, but it’s good to do things that take you out of your comfort zone,’ the First Dates maître d’hôtel said.
He’s also sure his showbiz friends will be ready to ‘rip me to shreds’, suggesting: ‘I think they will vote for me to do the trial!’
Nella Rose
Nella Rose, a YouTuber with over 750,000 subscribers, is also entering the camp and is excited to live out a childhood goal on the programme.
Despite her desire to be a part of such a ‘iconic’ show, she is’scared of everything’ and admits she isn’t looking forward to any trials.
She said: ‘Who wants to eat kangaroo balls and a crocodile eye? I don’t fancy any of the trials.’
Nigel Farage
Following last year’s debacle, Nigel Farage is following in Matt Hancock’s footsteps by abandoning politics for the jungle.
The former lawmaker, who previously claimed he had turned down offers to appear in films for a long time, is thought to have secured a deal for up to £1 million, but his casting has already caused criticism.
Heading into camp, he has insisted: ‘I have been demonised over the years and so it will be nice to show people I am not nasty.’
Grace Dent
Grace Dent, a MasterChef UK reviewer, revealed that one of her phobias is ‘awful people,’ and she’s eager to immerse herself in jungle life.
The gourmet is ‘really dreading’ the diet in camp, and ‘everything’ about the programme makes her nervous.
When it comes to her goals on the show, she said: ‘I hope I can be somebody who people can talk to and I do hope I can stay out of any drama. I always think you don’t change people’s opinions by shouting.’
Marvin Humes
Marvin Humes, a JLS member and TV presenter, stated that when he signed up for the programme, his wife Rochelle assumed he was playing a joke on her.
‘She thought I was nuts and she still can’t believe I’m doing it,’ he said. ‘This is the most daring thing I have ever done and I have never challenged myself this way before.’
Let’s hope he doesn’t sustain any serious injuries, especially since bandmate Aston Merrygold landed himself flat on his back at a recent show after a backflip went horribly wrong.
Danielle Harold
Danielle Harold, well known for her role as Lola Pearce-Brown on the legendary BBC serial, is leaving Albert Square for the outback.
The actress, who has admitted to being ‘a little bit ditzy’ but wants to debunk the notion of being a ‘dumb blonde,’ is eager to get involved, despite her fear of rats and other vermin.
And, while Danielle is single, she has made it plain that she is not ‘seeking for love’ at camp.
Nick Pickard
Finally, Hollyoaks legend Nick Pickard, who has portrayed Tony Hutchinson from the show’s inception in 1995, is thrilled to be taking on a “once in a lifetime opportunity.”
He reiterated that he is not abandoning his day job, and that his Channel 4 bosses are’really supportive’ of his participation in the ITV reality programme.
‘I know [my co-stars] will be rooting for me when they find out,’ added.
‘This is going into the unknown and yes, I will miss my home comforts but I want to come away not thinking, “What have I missed?” but a greater appreciation for what you do have in life.’
I’m A Celebrity starts on Sunday, November 19 at 9pm on ITV.
