Jamie Lee Curtis has raised many concerns regarding her trophy cabinet after displaying her collection of Everything Everywhere All At Once accolades.
The Hollywood legend most recently won an Oscar for her performance as IRS auditor Deirdre Beaubeirdra, which she won for best supporting actress.
At the glittering ceremony, the film won several awards, including best motion picture of the year, performance by an actor in a supporting role for Ke Huy Quan, performance by an actress in a leading role for Michelle Yeoh, achievement in film editing, original screenplay, and directing for Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert.
And Jamie’s trophy now joins another two in her collection for the film, one for best female performer in a supporting role from the Screen Actors Guild (Sag) and another from the actual film.
In it, her character Deirdre gets a ‘Auditor of the Month’ award, but her reward seems more like a sex toy than a trophy.
That was quickly pointed out by fans.
‘I love the buttplug award,’ one said, while someone else wrote: ‘I have so many questions’.
Another said: ‘It’s a dildo in the middle?’ while a fourth asked: ‘The 2nd award is unexpected indeed’.
‘This is the holy trinity,’ someone else commented.
Jamie could be seen beaming with pleasure after receiving the Oscar when she attended the engraving station during the awards event, even kissing the small golden man for good measure.
The 64-year-old beat out Angela Bassett, Hong Chau, and Kerry Condon, as well as co-star Stephanie Hsu, for the award.
She gave a shout-out to her ‘bae’ Michelle, before explaining: ‘I know it looks like I am standing up here on my own but I am not.
‘There are hundreds of people and hundreds of people. We just won an Oscar. To my family, my beautiful husband, Christopher Guest, my daughters, Annie and Ruby, my sister Kelly – we just won an Oscar.
‘To all of the people who have supported the genre movie’s that I have made for hundreds and hundreds of thousands, we just won an Oscar together.’
