Jeremy Clarkson has hinted that ‘great news’ for Clarkson’s Farm is on the way.
Fans of the Amazon Prime Video programme just had to wait to find out what it was.
Following the uproar produced by Clarkson’s widely panned piece about Meghan Markle, the future of the agricultural reality programme on the streaming platform has been uncertain for some time.
While it was reported that Amazon has ‘part ways’ with the TV personality, he appears to be implying that there would be more Clarkson’s Farm in the future.
On Thursday, August 24, he merely tweeted, ‘Stand by for some amazing news from Clarkson’s Farm.’
He didn’t say whether this has anything to do with future episodes of the show or the farm’s operations… As a result, fans immediately began guessing.
Stand by for some fantastic news from Clarkson’s Farm.

‘This could be so many things,’ one person commented underneath, while another expressed their hope that it could be the confirmation of another season.
‘Announce another series!! Pleeeaaaasssseeeee!’ someone else said, while another wrote: ‘When’s it out ? Come on lad, spill the beans!’
Amazon executives spoke out against Clarkson’s Farm at the Edinburgh TV Festival, with Fozia Khan, unscripted lead for UK Originals at Amazon Studios, claiming the programme was’so much more than Clarkson’.
‘It’s a really good show,’ she added.

Dan Grabiner, head of originals for UK and Northern Europe, Amazon Studios, added: ‘I can’t tell you what a phenomenon the show itself is and the impact it has had on the agricultural community and farming.
‘We get messages from farmers around the world who just love the show and love Kaleb (Cooper) and Gerald (Cooper) and they relate to those characters, saying they have never really seen their world properly reflected on-screen before, which is amazing.
‘And, as Fozia said, it’s a hell of a lot bigger than Jeremy Clarkson.’
Clarkson’s Farm is available to watch on Prime Video.
