Kate Garraway doesn’t just bring us the news on Good Morning Britain during the week – she also hosts her own Saturday morning show called Garraway’s Good Stuff.
The 55-year-old presenter and her co-star Shivi Ramoutar welcome plenty of celebrity guests to the programme, enjoying an hour of conversation, wellness inspiration and cooking tasty recipes.
It’s an easygoing and lighthearted watch, especially if you happen to be an early bird on the weekends.
So, when can you tune in?
What time does Garraway’s Good Stuff start?
You can watch Garraway’s Good Stuff at 8.30am on Saturday, July 30 on ITV.
The show airs at the same time each Saturday. Too early for you? It’s on at 9.30am on ITV+1 – or you can opt to catch up with the latest episodes on the ITV Hub.
Who are this week’s guests?
Blue and Hollyoaks star Duncan James will be on this Saturday’s show, as will blogger Alice Liveing.
They’ll be joined by Ore Oduba, who is stepping in as host for Kate this week, after Shivi Ramoutar and guest star Martin Kemp kindly held down the fort for her in earlier episodes.
Kate has been absent from GMB and other TV work lately as her husband Derek Draper sadly remains hospitalised – after taking a ‘very serious turn’ amid his ongoing long Covid health struggles.

Last week, Shivi and Martin enjoyed a chat and cookery session with actor Alan Fletcher, aka Dr Karl Kennedy in Neighbours, and Paralympic champion Ellie Simmonds.
Kate last appeared on her hit cooking show on Saturday, July 9 with Bill Bailey and author Adam Kay as her guests.
