Lionel Richie has made an open confession about his sex life, which turns out to be less than Endless Love.
The Hello hitmaker, 73, who is married to Lisa Parigi, 33, got candid when appearing on The View with fellow American Idol judges Katy Perry, 38, and Luke Bryan, 46.
The subject drifted to his 1983 single All Night Long when discussing the blockbuster series, which recently surprised fans when Eurthymics frontman Dave Stewart accompanied his daughter to an audition.
Sarah Haines, who was co-hosting the talk show with Whoopi Goldberg, couldn’t help but question the Commodores singer about the song’s ‘backstory.’
‘When I composed All Night Long, it was actually all night long,’ Lionel said. My ‘all night long’ is now reduced to a ferocious 15 minutes. But don’t worry; we’ll get to it eventually.’
Katy from Roar then weighed in, adding, ‘Fifteen minutes? That’s a long time, mate,’ the Dancing on the Ceiling singer responds, ‘and don’t you forget that, alright?’

Lionel previously discussed his connection with Lisa, telling People that she made him ‘feel protected.’
He continued: ‘I’m a hopeless romantic. She’s extremely beautiful, but most importantly she’s smart and helps me deal with my crazy world.
‘At this time in my life when you can be so jaded about things, Lisa kind of makes everything feel a bit safe.’
Prior to meeting Lisa, the Easy singer was married to Diane Alexander, his second wife, from 1995 until 2004.
Lionel and Diane have two children: Miles Brockman, 28, and Sofia Richie, 24, a media personality and model.
The Three Times a Lady singer married his college love, Brenda Harvey, and the couple went on to adopt Nicole Richie, 41.
