Shortly after becoming a father for the first time, Love Is Blind actor Bartise Bowden announced the name of his darling kid.
Last year, the 27-year-old made his first appearance on the third season of the Netflix experiment, but he ended his engagement to Nancy Rodriguez at the altar.
He later attempted to find a companion on Perfect Match for the second time, but finally left the programme solo.
The reality star revealed earlier this month that he had fathered a kid, and he appeared on the explosive Love Is Blind season four reunion to reveal the child’s name.
Appearing in a surprise video with the little one, he said: ‘This is my son Hayden. He’s also a massive fan of the Love Is Blind franchise.
‘He has watched season four, he has not watched daddy’s season and he will not ever watch daddy’s season, hopefully.’
Bartise concluded his brief presence by asking which of the Love Is Blind couples would join him in becoming parents, a heated issue during the programme.
Vanessa provoked outrage moments later when she asked the competitors, “I need to know, who is going to give me our first Love Is Blind baby?”
The emcee, who presents the experiment with spouse Nick Lachey, then placed each married pair – Tiffany Pennywell and Brett Brown, Zack Goytowski and Bliss Poureetzadi, Chelsea Gryphon and Kwame Appiah – on the spot to ask about their ‘timelines’.
‘Vanessa’s ready,’ Nick joked, before she concluded: ‘It does get pretty awesome when you have kids’.
Viewers were upset with her line of inquiry and criticised her on social media for being “insensitive.”
Bartise’s presence comes after he surprised fans on Instagram with a surprise birth announcement, revealing his kid to the world.
Posting sweet snaps of Hayden, he penned: ‘Might’ve been the villain on TV, but I’m gonna be the hero for him.’
‘Instagram, meet my little man #bigfella.’
Love Is Blind is available to stream now.
