On the upcoming episode of Love Island, Olivia Hawkins will confront Tom Clare about his secret kiss with Ellie Spence on the terrace.
Knowing that deeds speak louder than words, when Tom’s relationship with Zara Lackenby-Brown ended, the football player reiterated to his ring girl Olivia that he was dedicated to give their possible romance another go.
If that’s the case, he sure did talk a lot when he was smooching the island’s most eligible bachelorette, Ellie, even though the two of them had agreed to hide their PDA from the locals.
Ellie had informed Will Young about their meeting, and Will had told Tanya Mahenga, and Tanya had told Zara, and Zara had told Olivia.
Zara and Olivia may have been at odds over Tom’s attentions in the past, but it appears that they may now work together to bring him down.
Zara tells Olivia, “I’ve just been told by Tanya that Ellie and Tom kissed.” This is after they’ve caught Olivia out on the terrace.
‘Are you joking?’ a shocked Olivia replies, as Tanya provides more information by adding: ‘And guess what? He hasn’t even told the boys.’
When she thought back on Tom’s words when they discussed getting back together, she joked, “I want to explore it again” my a**, are you serious?
She went on to say that despite their game of tonsil tennis, he assured her that Ellie was a buddy of his.
Olivia takes Tom aside and asks, “Do you have anything you want to tell me?” to see if he’ll spill the beans.
Let’s see if he’s forthcoming about what happened or attempts to make excuses for his behaviour.
Meanwhile, Ron Hall’s relationship with Lana Jenkins and Kai Fagan’s with Tanyel Revan are both thrown a wrench by the arrival of the newest bombshell (since there have been so many recently), Samie Elishi.
After assuring Lana that he was solely interested in her, Ron is going to acknowledge once again that he is open to other possibilities now that he has developed feelings for Ellie.
He tells her: ‘Samie pulled me for a chat, I do find the girl attractive, she is my type and she is a nice girl so I’m going to get to know her a little bit.
‘I don’t want you to feel like you’re not my main priority, that does not change. If I close myself off completely I’ll never know whether or not you’re the best for me.’
Tanyel tells Kai that she has been “turned off” by Ron’s behaviour since she doesn’t feel like she is his “pain priority,” while Lana turns away from Ron without revealing her answer.
‘I think I was very insensitive,’ Kai acknowledges, before she adds: ‘Whether you apologise or not I’m not accepting that, I’m too annoyed and I want to have my space.’
Jessie Wynter and Will are getting ready to go on a date, but the islanders are shaken up when they receive a text ordering them to gather around the fire.
Love Island returns tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
