Maisie Smith well and truly celebrated her victory on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in style.
The former EastEnders actress was among the famous faces competing on the brutal Channel 4 reality show this year, alongside the likes of Ashley Cain, Amber Gill, and Jennifer Ellison.
During the series, 14 celebrity recruits were put through their paces by the taskmasters, including chief instructor Rudy Reyes, and they all gradually dropped out when the going got tough before only four were left standing for Sunday night’s final.
After pushing her body and mind to the absolute limit, Maisie was one of few still standing at the end, passing the course along with Calum Best, AJ Pritchard and Ferne McCann.
Maisie has now revealed that she treated herself to a boozy night followed by a long snooze once the gruelling reality show came to an end and, honestly, we don’t blame her!
Maisie told The Sun: ‘I got really p****d and then slept for 24 hours! That’s how I celebrated!’

The 21-year-old actress went on to explain that she was told by production staff that the show doesn’t seek out the ‘fastest or the strongest’ competitors, despite what it might seem with its hiking challenges and tasking contestants to survive blistering desert heat.
Instead, the show focuses on someone with the ‘strongest brain and heart.’
She added: ‘That’s where I won them over, my mentality of never giving up. I’ve never felt more empowered, more strong. I’ve had feelings over the years about not being good enough.

‘But this got that demon off my shoulder. I came out feeling like I could conquer the world.’
When she joined the show, Maisie said she was motivated by her lack of self-confidence, later opening up to the instructors how she struggled with finding herself after playing Tiffany Butcher on the long-running BBC soap since she was a child.
‘I joined SAS because I’ve always struggled seeing my inner and outer strength, and I feel like I needed a boost of confidence,’ she shared.

‘And I thought this would be the perfect challenge for me to just get completely out of my comfort zone and see what I’m really made of.’
Following her stint on the challenge show, Maisie praised her boyfriend, Max George, for his support.
Explaining how the show brought her closer to The Wanted star, Maisie said she came out of SAS ‘feeling so strong’ which allowed her to ‘open up.’
‘I allowed myself to open up and speak to Max about the feelings I did have about myself and how I feel about myself now,’ she shared.
‘So now he really knows me, which is really nice. He knows me entirely. There are no feelings that I’ve kept inside, which is a weight off my shoulders.’
