A Married at First Sight star has revealed the shocking item that contestants are not permitted to wear!
The newest season of the reality dating show premiered last month, with eight of the ten couples already married.
And groom Luke Worley, 30, provided some insight into what goes on behind the scenes.
Luke was interviewed on the Married at First Sight podcast about his misplaced wedding band.
‘Where is your wedding ring?’ guest Snoochie Shy asked, to which Luke replied: ‘This is actually a fact as well, so you’re not allowed to wear your ring until the final episode’s aired.’
Luke, who recently tied the knot with Jay Howard, added: ‘I get that question a lot. When I was in my local pub, everyone was like, “Oh where’s your ring?” but like, we’re not actually allowed to wear the ring.

‘Everyone has to take it off, so no one knows if you’re together or not.’
The famous dating programme is allegedly having a turbulent season, with three candidates reportedly faced with the axe for ‘rule-breaking’ and ‘crazy partying’ just weeks into production.
We’ve already seen some awkward moments, with Rozz Darlington and Thomas Kriaras taking part in an extremely awkward photoshoot in which she was reluctant to lean back in his arms – and Laura, who was looking for a ‘Chelsea boy,’ leaving viewers cringing with her reaction to tennis coach husband Arthur.
New claims have recently surfaced after Ella Morgan was accused on the show of cheating on husband Nathanial Valentino with another groom.
The claims come after Ella and Nathanial had a heated argument on their honeymoon, despite initially appearing to have real chemistry on their wedding day.
According to the Mail Online, Ella shared a ‘passionate kiss’ with a new groom who enters the series later in the show – behind Nathanial’s back.
Ella, 29, a transgender woman, allegedly met another groom with whom she had a greater relationship and cheated on Nathanial, 36, with a source telling the magazine that ‘one of the other grooms ticked more of her boxes.’
The source continued that Ella ‘didn’t want to hurt Nathanial or go against [the series’] process,’ but she was ‘looking for love and with the other groom, he adores her body and mind, and they had a much better chance of enjoying a long-lasting relationship together.’
Married At First Sight UK returns tonight on Channel 4 at 9pm.
