Married At Sight UK is about to dial up the drama, with rows and love affairs right around the corner.
While viewers have already been treated to stars walking out of commitment ceremonies and explosive arguments, it seems as though this is only the beginning of a hurricane that is set to hit screens next week.
Basically, we haven’t seen anything yet.
Reports have already claimed that Whitney Hughes and Matt Murray will grow closer despite being married to their partners, Duka Cav and Gemma Rose, and contestant Adrian Sanderson has hinted the most shocking scenes are yet to come.
Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, Adrian teased: ‘We’re nearing the halfway point, and I would say that there the second half is more interesting than the first. Let’s say the first half was the warmup act. Everyone is just loosening their muscles, no one has flexed yet.
‘The show is in an upward climb and the next bit only gets more.’

Sharing insight into what viewers should expect, Adrian continued: ‘It’s more in terms of everything. There are more arguments, more fallouts, more love, more connection, more everything.
‘Different friendships develop, different relationships develop all over the place and it’s beautiful and wild and at times probably quite scary.

‘I don’t think I’m doing it justice. It’s like you are on a rollercoaster waiting for the drop, and it will drop, heavily.’
In Monday’s episode (September 26), the couples are given a chance to escape the routine of life in the apartments and embark on a weekend in the countryside together on a retreat.
A teaser for the instalment revealed that a ‘secret crush’ is exposed, with Matt admitting: ‘If I had to choose somebody different in here, I’d probably say Whitney.’

Whitney then adds: ‘I’d probably have to say, Matt, I can see that he’s like a good person.’
While audiences will have to wait and see what happens, sources have claimed that Matt and Whitney spent the night together during a couple’s retreat and that their respective partners were also at the getaway.
Ahead of the episode airing, Matt told his followers on Instagram: ‘Just to set the record straight there was no cheating, there was no betrayal, me and Gemma had not been together for seven days and we’d been apart more than we’d ever been together.’
Married At First Sight UK continues on Monday at 9pm on E4.
