Matt Hancock has been nominated by the public to take part in the next I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Bushtucker trial.
The MP made his controversial jungle debut during Wednesday night’s episode along with fellow latecomer Seann Walsh.
During the jam-packed instalment, the campmates wasted no time in grilling Mr Hancock on his decision to sign up with a tearful Boy George already threatening to quit over his appearance.
Before his arrival, the politician was put through his paces in the Beastly Burrows trial, which saw him and Walsh win six stars, and now he’s set to take on his second challenge of the series.
During the final scenes of the episode, presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly paid a visit to the camp to inform the group that Mr Hancock will face the Tentacles of Terror, which will air on Thursday.

While many I’m A Celebrity viewers aren’t shocked that Mr Hancock has been nominated, others still feel conflicted about his appearance on the programme entirely.
‘That was definitely the strangest episode of #ImACeleb that I’ve ever seen,’ one said.
‘I want Hancock to get every Bushtucker Trial to make him suffer a bit but at the same time I don’t want to see him on the show.’
Another added: ‘It might seem like fun to watch Hancock squirm, but all you’re doing is feeding his ego. We have to vote for the others. We have to ignore him.’
The celebrities cheered after finding out the news, with the MP exclaiming: ‘Do you know what? just knew it was going to be me and I still felt nervous.’
Elsewhere in tonight’s episode, Ant and Dec delighted in ripping into Prime Minister Rishi Sunak as they welcomed the return of their Evening Prime Minister skit.
Walsh was also in their line of fire and poked fun at his Strictly Come Dancing kissing scandal of 2018.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues on Thursday at 9pm on ITV.
