Matthew Wright expressed his’sickness and disgust’ at Ghislaine Maxwell’s TalkTV interview with Jeremy Kyle.
The disgraced socialite gave her first interview behind bars from a California prison, where she discussed her friendship with Prince Andrew and expressed regret over meeting Jeffrey Epstein.
She has previously stated that she believes Epstein was murdered and that the infamous portrait of Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre is a forgery.
TalkTV’s interview with the 61-year-old, who has been convicted of sex trafficking and grooming girls for billionaire paedophile Epstein, has already been blasted for platforming Maxwell and giving her a ‘voice’.
Between 1994 and 2004, she was found guilty of enticing young girls to massage parlours for Epstein to molest, and she has since been labelled as one of the most notorious female convicts.

Speaking to This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield as well as guest Camilla Tominey, Matthew began: ‘You don’t give a platform to convicted sex traffickers or abusers, that is a disgraceful piece of journalism.
‘One of the things that we know about people that have been convicted of crimes is that normally what they say can’t be trusted, and yet you’re giving an uncritical platform to a sex abuser.
‘I am sickened and disgusted.’

‘It’s nauseating,’ he added, echoing: ‘Disgraceful’.
He continued: ‘It’s like super rich people who have attempted to evade justice for as long as she did, are a special case and they’re allowed to pipe out their ridiculous excuses’.
During the explosive hour-long show, Maxwell revealed how she went from a life of privilege to becoming a convicted sex trafficker.

She also criticised the jail cuisine and being served a diet of beans and tofu, and she opened up about her famous friends, including Bill Clinton.
Kyle insisted before the episode aired that Maxwell never apologised to any of her victims.
‘There is no part of any of this where she apologises to her victims, he said. ‘For me, they are the first and most important thing we should think about, the people who were trafficked, the young girls who were taken advantage of.
‘Away from that, there is so much that she talks about. Then, one asks about the timing because you would have read over the weekend that the Duke of York is considering a new legal battle.’
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
