The highly awaited Casa Amor season of Love Island has arrived in South Africa, and with a new batch of romantic hopefuls ready to stomp on toes to find love, the villa will never be the same again.
Six males and six girls will compete in the new home for a chance to win a trip to the main resort.
With the latest round of attractive faces coming on Sunday, there should be someone to suit everyone, from a professional boxer to a beauty buyer and senior software programmer.
Casa Amor was established in past seasons as a second villa where one-half of the show’s current couples were placed to be tempted by the new arrivals.
Let’s go meet them…
Maxwell Samuda

As he prepared to join the villa, finance student and restaurant host Maxwell said he had his sights set on Samie Elishi.
The 23-year-old was born in London.
Kain Reed

Kain, a Casa Amor islander from Gateshead, believes he has a ‘strong chance’ of winning over Samie, who is now married to Tom Clare.
The 21-year-old energy consultant added: ‘I also like Lana (Jenkins), she’s obviously coupled up (with Ron Hall), but in Casa Amor the other boys aren’t there so we’ll have to see what happens won’t we?’
Martin Akinola

Martin, 27, quit his work as a senior software engineer in Dublin, Ireland, to seek love in South Africa.
The Irishman claimed to be the sort of dater that sends a rose emoji in the DMs.
‘It works every time. The girl will say, “Thank you…” and then the conversation just flows,’ he revealed.
Frankie Davey

A professional boxer from Ipswich has been unveiled as one of the new candidates on the reality dating programme.
Frankie Davey, 22, claimed he is ‘confident, ambitious, and has a cheeky side to me’ as he arrives in the ITV show’s second villa as one of six male bombshells.
When asked to sum up his dating technique, Frankie said: ‘I don’t usually have to do a lot of chasing… so it might be a little bit of a switch up in the villa.
‘I’m aware that I might have to take the boxing gloves off and get the grafting gloves on.’
Ryan Weekly

Ryan, 22, is a steel erector from Nottingham and admitted: ‘I’m delighted because you’ve got to begin grafting straight away.
‘I’m excited to go in there, have fun and hopefully find a nice girl.’
Bayley Mummery

The Surrey operations manager, 25, claimed to be’very genuine’ and pledged to tell it like it was.
‘Samie, she’s my type to a T,’ he shared. ‘If you asked my mum or dad my type they would literally describe her.’
Sammy James

Sammy James, a Leicester native who now resides in Dubai, is one of the new female islanders aiming to make a name for herself.
When asked who she wanted to couple up with, the 27-year-old beauty buyer admitted: ‘There’s a few… I’ve got my eye on Casey (O’Gorman). He’s my number one, he’s cheeky!
‘His blue eyes remind me of the ocean and I love the ocean; it makes me feel calm and connected.’
Layla Al-Momani

Layla, 28, is from Kingston in South West London and formerly worked as a brand managing director.
‘I think I’ll be a standout Islander,’ she said ahead of her Love Island debut.
‘Regardless of being amongst a group of girls, I’ll prove that I stand out.’
Lynda Flix

Lynda, 22, is a healthcare worker and vocalist from Salford, Manchester.
She admits to having crushes on Kai and Shaq because ‘they’re both tall, dark, and gorgeous.’
Sanam Harrinanan

Sanam Harrinanan, 24, of Bedford, stated that Kai Fagan, who is dating Olivia Hawkins, is her “number one” choice.
The social worker added: ‘Job wise I think that we’d connect a lot and I think he’s cute.’
She also has feelings for Tom, who is not her “typical type,” and Casey, who is presently dating Claudia Fogarty, since he does not appear to be “serious,” and she believes she might have “fun and banter” with him.
Cynthia Otseh-Taiwo

When she isn’t out seeking for love, the 25-year-old North Londoner works as a dental receptionist and baker.
Cynthia is looking for someone that knows what they want. I already know what I want out of life; I want to be happy, to be able to share my life with someone, and to have a family.’
Lydia Karakyriakou
Lydia, a 22-year-old retail customer service representative from Glasgow, is aiming to change things up at the villa.
Who is she searching for a relationship with?
‘I adore Casey’s personality. I thought he was really forthright after watching how he dealt with Lana about their predicament.’
Love Island returns to ITV2 and ITVX on Sunday.
