Myleene Klass will be wearing the classic white bikini she initially wore 17 years ago on I’m A Celebrity.
The 45-year-old Hear’Say singer is among the all-stars returning to the jungle for a South African spin-off of the ITV hit, including Paul Burrell and Janice Dickinson.
The singer initially participated on the long-running series in 2006, placing second to Busted legend Matt Willis, and making waves for wearing the two-piece.
The Loose Women actress had previously refused to pack her bikini, but a first peek at Friday’s broadcast shows that she has changed her mind.
While the original bikini was auctioned off for charity, collecting a whopping £7,500, Myleene is seen sitting around the campfire in a very similar number, along with a hat and necklaces.
Speaking to Lorraine about her then rumoured jungle comeback, Myleene previously joked: ‘I don’t know [if I would return to I’m A Celeb]. I might have to tuck [my boobs] in my socks, I’ve breastfed three babies since then.’
‘It feels like a lifetime ago, and only yesterday, it’s that weird dichotomy. It was a really good time in my life,’ she added.
Myleene pondered on her experience in camp and how she came to own the white bikini in 2020, when the show aired from a castle in Wales owing to Covid.
‘I remember one of the show producers looking at my bikinis in the hotel before I went to camp,’ she began on social media.
‘One was covered in stripes, “We’ll have to stop at the shops as that’s probably going to strobe on camera”. I ran into the shop en route to the jungle, asked the shop assistant for the plainest bikini she had.
‘Best $40 I ever spent… especially as it raised so much for charity afterwards,’ said the mum-of-three.
I’m A Celebrity continues tonight on ITV at 10pm.
