Netflix has unveiled the most anticipated series for 2024.
The worldwide streaming platform had another successful year, with fresh seasons of popular series such as Heartstopper, Sex Education, and the David Beckham documentary gaining legions of admirers.
The Night Agent and You, starring Penn Badgley, are among its most-watched episodes, and viewers are looking forward to more bingeable series and water cooler moments next year.
And those series have finally been identified, according to a survey that showed the shows fans want to see in 2024.
NoDeposit.guide’s entertainment specialists examined the unreleased seasons with the highest Google searches each month for the last year to identify which shows are piqueing fans’ curiosity.
It discovered that Wednesday season two is the most awaited television show season in the UK, with 96,921 searches every month, more than double the searches for second place.
Jenna Ortega, who portrays the title character, has already hinted at what fans of The Addams Family might anticipate from the second season.
She told Jimmy Fallon: ‘I think we want to up the horror aspects a little bit and get Wednesday out of the romantic situation and just let her be her own individual and fight her own crime.’
Viewers have been counting down the days until the next instalment of Wednesday on X, with Hannah Parks exclaiming: ’Just watched Wednesday again and OMG balled my eyes out, the ending was absolutely amazing went through every emotion possible bring on season 2 my fellow Wednesday lovers #Wednesday.’

Squid Game season two is second on the list, with an average of 46,327 monthly searches for the next part of the Korean survival thriller.
The first season of the dystopian thriller became one of Netflix’s most-watched series ever, with more than 100 million viewers turning in over the first 28 days, shattering previous records.

Squid Game fans, on the other hand, have received a fix while waiting for the sequel in the shape of reality programme Squid Game: The Challenge.
Meanwhile, Cobra Kai came in third position, with 40,179 average monthly searches.
The sixth season of the Karate Kid spin-off will be the final one, and it will be accessible on Netflix late next year.
