Season 7’s ‘thirst trap’ sequence with Antoni Porowski has riled up Queer Eye viewers.
The current season of the blockbuster Netflix makeover series, which launched in 2018, made a big impression on viewers, and one scene in particular stood out.
The touching reality programme follows Antoni, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, and Tan France as they transform the lifestyle of a lucky individual.
Each of the Fab Five, as they are called, specialises in a different field, with Antoni specialising in food and wine, Bobby in design, Jonathan in grooming, Karamo in culture, and Tan on fashion.
And the education doesn’t stop there; each episode concludes with a brief, practical living suggestion known as a QE Tip.
And it was one of these recommendations in particular, towards the end of episode 5, that sparked outrage on social media.

In the clip in question, Tan tells the audience a speedy and simple way to steam a shirt – take a shower and leave the garment hanging up, and it will remove all the creases.
Demonstrating the tip was Antoni, who was seen shirtless as he lathered up and took a shower, while the steam worked its wonders on the top.
Fans rushed to social media to comment on NSFW moment, with one writing: ‘Y’all knew what y’all were doing showing Antoni in the shower. You’re forgiven for the kalamatas in the olive salad now.’
‘The Antoni shower thirst trap in the new queer eye,’ a fan wrote, while another joked: ‘Of course they managed to squeeze in a couple of shots of Antoni having a shower. They know their audience.’
A fourth said: ‘DID QUEER EYE JUST SHOW ANTONI IN THE SHOWER?! WHAT THE HECK?! WE NEEDED A WARNING.’
Unfortunately for Antoni fans, he is officially off the market after being engaged to Kevin Harrington in November after three years of dating.
Queer Eye is available to stream on Netflix.
