The teaser for Season 7 of Selling Sunset has arrived, and it appears that the LA gang will be matched against their OC counterparts.
The Netflix series, which stars Chrishell Stause, Nicole Young, Emma Hernan, Mary Fitzgerald, Bre Tiesi, Chelsea Lazkani, and Amanza Smith, is due to premiere on November 3, with tensions amongst the cast members at an all-time high.
However, as if things weren’t already tense in the Oppenheim office, the Selling the OC group arrives to add to the commotion.
Yes, I’m serious.
‘The gloves are probably going to come off,’ Chrishell teases at the beginning of the footage, and it doesn’t take long for the strain to become apparent as the Sunset team are called out at an awkward dinner.
‘You guys have gotten a little bit complacent,’ the bosses state during an evening with both offices. ‘The agents in OC work their asses off.’
As stress levels rise, Gio Helou teases: ‘I just hope the OC office don’t end up subsidizing this new LA office.’
Aside from real estate, there’s also personal turmoil in the trailer, as Chrishell reveals she’s having trouble establishing her new friendship with Jason Oppenheim – after they divorced in 2021.
‘I’m really trying to figure out this balance of work and social settings,’ she tells Mary Fitzgerald, who replies: ‘You know how Jason is. If he loves somebody, he loves them forever.’
The couple has now moved on, with the former actress now married to singer G Flip, and the businessman dated Marie-Lou Nurk while filming until splitting up in May.
Things come to a head when Chrishell meets with Marie-Lou to set the record straight.
‘I just feel like maybe there’s feelings left…,’ the model says in a scene filmed before the split.
Having none of it, the Netflix icon fumes: ‘I’m losing brain cells on this conversation,’ before storming out, leaving her co-star sitting awkwardly.
Thankfully, we won’t have to wait long to watch how that drama plays out, with new episodes premiering in early November.
‘Selling Sunset, a Netflix reality series set in the world of LA’s high-end real estate, follows seven of the city’s most successful female realtors who all work under the same roof at the #1 agency in the Hollywood Hills and the Sunset Strip.
‘They work hard and play harder, as they compete with the cutthroat LA market and each other.
‘These ladies will do what it takes to make it to the top of their game, all while trying to keep their personal lives intact. This season, new agents mean new drama.
‘The realtors of The Oppenheim Group return with sleek penthouse listings, personality clashes, and pregnancies – and throw enough shade to cover every cabana in Los Angeles. Welcome to Selling Sunset.’
Selling Sunset season 7 premieres on Netflix on November 3.
