Loose Women star Kaye Adams is rumoured to have joined the line-up of Strictly Come Dancing 2022.

So far this week, Will Mellor, Kym Marsh and Richie Anderson have been announced for the BBC dancing comp – is Kaye next?

Speculation is mounting that the 59-year-old will confirm the news live on the ITV chat show today, making her the fourth celebrity to brush off their dancing shoes for the new series.

According to The Sun, an insider claimed the presenter had secretly signed up to the show, which will see celebrities and their pro partners learn new dances in an attempt to wow judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirey Ballas and Anton Du Beke.

The first contestant announced for the dancing competition series was Two Pints of Lager and A Packet of Crisps legend Will.

The former Hollyoaks star gave a very heartfelt reason for his decision to say yes to the BBC flagship series this year.

Will said: ‘I lost my dad in 2020 and I just thought, I’ve got to grab life and do things, create new memories. My mindset changed. It’s my mum’s favourite show!’

The third officially announced dancing hopeful is Radio 2 favourite Richie Anderson, who said it was a ‘dream come true’ to be showing off his skills in the ballroom.
