Strictly Come Dancing star Fleur East couldn’t contain her excitement as she was handed a perfect score for her samba.
The former X Factor contestant is paired with pro dancer Vito Coppola on the BBC’s juggernaut series and fending off stiff competition to win the Glitterball Trophy.

During Saturday’s nail-biting final, Fleur, 35, a performed a samba to Hot Hot Hot by Arrow as their judges’ pick, having previously danced the routine for which they received 39 points.
The singer received widespread praise from judges Craig Revel Horwood, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas, for the colourful and lively performance.
The notoriously difficult-to-please Craig remarked: ‘I’m furious actually because I couldn’t find anything wrong with it.’

‘Wow! Listen, what is so beautiful about this Samba is I feel you didn’t lose yourself in the competition. You became a stronger Fleur, you learned how to use that skill. You smashed that Samba,’ Motsi commented..’
All the judges awarded the pair a 10, meaning they scored 40 out of a possible 40, the second time in the series Fleur has achieved the perfect score.
They were also the second couple in Strictly history to score a perfect score for the samba, Claudia revealed.
