After his latest racy statement, Strictly Come Dancing star Vito Coppola is doing nothing to quiet speculations of a relationship between him and Ellie Leach.
During Friday night’s BBC competition, the two danced an extremely intricate Argentine Tango to Destiny’s Child’s Bills, Bills, Bills, leaping to the top of the scoreboard with a score of 38 out of 40.
since any Strictly fan will know, the Argentine Tango needs a lot of emotion, since the dancers look into each other’s eyes with very little space between them.
Following the performance, Vito, 31, told Claudia Winkleman what advise he provided to Coronation Street star Ellie, 22, to urge her to feel the passion – and quite honestly, what he said made us blush.
The couple began by describing the animals that inspired their dance, which included a scorpion, panther, and cobra – “the entire jungle.”
Discussing the immense level of ‘control’ that’s needed for the Argentine Tango, Vito shared: ‘It’s difficult because coming from the last week, it was very spread out, everything. This is completely in, so you have a ball of fire, just keep in. Look at me, and I said, “Eat me with your eyes.”’
Ellie chuckled, as the other celebs and professional dancers whooped cheekily.
Fans of Strictly couldn’t figure out what to do after Vito’s revelation on X (previously Twitter).
‘Vito: “just eat me with your eyes”. Don’t worry hun I think the majority of the country does that every week,’ one person wrote mischievously.

Someone else joked: ‘Steady on Vito,’ while another added after watching their dance: ‘Nah, you will NOT convince me that Ellie and Vito aren’t dating after THAT.’
Several fans were upset when judge Craig Revel Horwood chastised their Argentine Tango for lacking chemistry.
‘The chemistry between Vito and Ellie is touchable (only Craig can’t see),’ one person said in response to the claim.
Rumours about Ellie and Vito’s alleged affair had circulated for several weeks.
Fans were ecstatic after the duo recently took part in a highly loving picture, which the actress’ mother stated fit perfectly in with the family.
