Jayde Adams of Strictly Come Dancing has responded to haters and revealed an excruciating wardrobe mishap.
Last year, the comedian, 38, was paired with Karen Hauer on the star-studded reality show and was the fourth to be eliminated.
With Nikita Kanda the latest to be kicked from Strictly after a Movie Night dance-off, Jayde has recalled a particular dance from her time on the programme, with an unusually intimate description.
Jayde responded to trolls in the video, which looked to be a reenactment of her and Karen’s famed Flashdance performance at one of her gigs.
‘I need to clarify something up that’s irritated me for a year, there’s a point in the video of me dancing Flashdance on Strictly when it appears like I can’t get up off the floor / raise my leg – but I can!’ she wrote.
‘What you need to know is, I was wearing a flexible corset that was way too small for me (the proof is here, from NYE 2022) But the costume ladies wanted the outfit to look a certain way, so I wore it.
‘I shouldn’t have worn it, I didn’t need to. Comfort over everything always.’

Jayde went on: ‘Full disclosure: until about 40mins before we danced – there was this elastic bit as well that went between my legs on my minge to hold the corset down, and I had to be cut out of it as it had started twisting, taking hold of my vulva lips and pubes.
‘I cried. There are witnesses.
‘I know, I shouldn’t have to explain myself, but a lot of the intense trolling I had was about that moment which has been very annoying for me because I know I can do them normally, I was restricted.
‘That leg lift is my signature move, it’s why we put it in!
‘Anyway I just need you lot to know this, and that’s all I have to say about that.’

Ouch!
Despite the horrifying narrative, Jayde was showered with love, with one admirer calling her a Queen in the comments.
Another wrote: ‘With or without the corset you smashed it, love what this represents.’
Helen Skelton, who made it to the finals of Strictly that year, added hearts in the comments.
This follows Jayde’s comments about wanting to leave a ‘legacy’ on Strictly after rising above the hatred she’s faced online and living her best life on the dancefloor.
In an interview with former It Takes Two presenter Rylan Clark, the former Adele tribute act said that social media can be “the worst place,” adding that some of the criticism she’s gotten has been “awful.”
She has, however, learned to be tough, as seen by her sharp clap backs to individuals attempting to weight shame her on Twitter.
‘I’ve seen the messages, Jayde, and how you’re handling it. I applaud you because that’s why everyone loves you,’ Rylan praised.
Jayde said: ‘The reason I tackle it the way I do is because I have, you know, for every horrible comment there’s a whole bunch of lovely ones.
‘But one person gives you a compliment, the other says the opposite, and what do you focus on? But I just hope with my resilience I can show people that, sticks and stones may break our bones, but names will never hurt us.’
Jayde continued: ‘I really hope that’s something I’ve left as a legacy because, I will say, women specifically on this show get it in the neck. Whether it’s me, whether it’s Karen, whether it’s Shirley… the women get it worse than the men. And I just hope that my resilience will change some things in the future.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.30pm on BBC One.
