Aged 32, Syabira started her career as an agronomist in a plant breeding company in Malaysia.
When she left Malaysia for England, she made a red velvet cake as that was one of the last treats she shared with her friends before leaving.
She currently lives in London with her boyfriend, with whom she shares a passion for online gaming.
Where is Syabira from?
Syabira is from Malaysia and lived there until she moved to the UK to further her education.
She studied for a PHD in the plant science department at the University of Leicester before moving to London.
In the capital, Syabira works as a cardiovascular research associate at King’s College London.
Her specialty is ‘vascular science signalling.’
