The Masked Singer UK has returned to our screens, which means viewers have returned with their theories.
In episode two, everyone was perplexed by Fawn’s identity, but fans believe they have deduced the character’s identity, thinking it to be the one and only Stacey Solomon.
Stacey, a former X Factor contestant, is now mentioned as a possible contestant on every series of The Masked Singer, both by the judges – Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross, and Davina McCall – and by viewers at home.
Those hypotheses are frequently based solely on the voice, but viewers now have what they consider to be tangible evidence to back up their assertions.
Fawn claimed that they lived in a ‘cottage’ after delivering a magnificent performance of Tale As Old As Time from the Disney classic Beauty and the Beast.
Viewers immediately recognised the suggestion and concluded that the ‘cottage’ could be Stacey’s cherished Pickle Cottage, aka her Essex property where she lives with husband Joe Swash and their children.
‘Every year people are always guessing Stacey Solomon and I always say nope definitely not, she’s got a great voice… until now! Fawn definitely could be her!’, one person tweeted.
Another tweeted: ‘#Fawn Stacey Solomon #TheMaskedSingerUK she lives in pickle cottage and cottage a clue and Stacey got a incredible voice’.
’Stacey Solomon as Fawn??? Alluding to Pickle Cottage??’, suggested another.

Do you think Stacey is the one behind Fawn’s mask?
Time will tell, but Fawn’s mask is still firmly in place after she defeated Jacket Potato.
Stacey’s name wasn’t the only one mentioned, as people speculated that celebs such as Carol Vorderman and Rachel Riley could be behind the mask, given a clue about them being strong with numbers.
Others believe Fawn is one of the Spice Girls, such as Melanie C or Emma Bunton, or perhaps one of the Sugababes, because a sugar cube was included in their clue package.
The Masked Singer continues Saturdays on ITV.
