The Traitors star Rayan Rachedi has revealed a clue he spotted early on in the game show that gave away Amanda Lovett as one of the real Traitors.
In case you’ve missed all the drama, Claudia Winkleman’s murder mystery programme gives 22 contestants the opportunity to win up to £120,000 in the ultimate game of trust.
But, it’s not that simple, as hidden among them are three Traitors who are tasked with ‘murdering’ the Faithfuls each night, and by day, all the contestants vote for who they’re planning on banishing.
So far, Alyssa Chan has been evicted while Wilfred Webster and Amanda have kept their identities hidden.
But Rayan, 25, who was banished from the game in Tuesday’s episode after an intense roundtable, spotted a clue early on in the show, just after Amanda had been tapped by Claudia, marking her as a secret Traitor.
While he had no idea Wilf would be one of the Traitors, ‘Amanda, funnily, is the very first person I had in mind,’ Rayan told Metro.co.uk.

‘She did something really weird at the roundtable.
‘I’m not a body language expert, I’ll be honest, but before going to the castle, I spent two days reading a book on body language.’
The trainee lawyer continued: ‘There’s one thing that stayed with me, which is that, doing temple hands [hands joined together by fingertips in a triangle shape] is a sign of dominating the room with confidence.
‘And there’s one person that did that when we took off our blindfolds. The only person.

‘Everyone was still stressed out, panicking, looking at everyone else, trying to suss out the Traitors, and there was one person who was so comfortable that their body language told us, “I’m confident, I’m in control” and that was Amanda.
‘That was the first person I had in mind.’
Rayan added that many of the other contestants had ‘strong suspicions’ about Amanda at the beginning of the game too, but nobody wanted to say anything ‘because we just didn’t feel like the others would follow.’

‘This game is a lot about survival,’ Rayan said.
‘You need others to believe you, otherwise you’re just going to be murdered.’
‘The game could have gone so differently if one of us had say, “Hey, have you noticed this about Amanda?”,’ he added.
‘She’s playing an incredible game, but she was the very first person that a lot of us sussed out.’
This comes after banished Faithful Ivan Brett revealed he also spotted a change in Amanda as soon as the blindfolds were taken off.
Will she be the next Traitor eliminated from the game?
