Channel 4’s Friday Night Live delighted many last week when comedian Jordan Gray performed a tongue-in-cheek song before stripping off in front of audiences.
It has now been since been slapped with more than 1,400 Ofcom complaints.
The revived 80s show was bought back for a jam-packed special on October 21 and began with presenter Ben Elton kicking things off with a brutal dig at Liz Truss following her resignation.
The highlight of the night, however, was Gray’s hilarious performance which ended with her ripping off her clothes and playing the keyboard with her penis, with crowds clapping and cheering.
Before her song ended, she announced: ‘The best thing about live TV is I can do stupid stuff like this.’

Singer and comedian Gray, who was assigned male at birth, has been open about undergoing her transition, which played a part in her song and viewers up and down the country applauded her iconic move on social media.
Harry Potter star Jason Isaacs was among those voicing their support, writing: ‘JordanGray just stripped naked mid-song on #FridayNightLive to show off her magnificent boobs and equally magnificent member, with which she played the keyboard as she brought her set to a close and the entire house down.
‘So much more dignified than parliament today. #Jordan4PM.’
However, television watchdog Ofcom has reported 1,458 people complained about the scenes and it is now deciding whether to investigate.
A spokesperson told us: ‘We are assessing the complaints against our broadcasting rules, but are yet to decide whether or not to investigate.’
Disappointing.
Gray was the first-ever transgender person to audition on The Voice in 2016 and she appeared on Channel 4’s Friday Night Special alongside the likes of Rosie Jones and Mawaan Rizwan.
Following her appearance on the show, Gray said: ‘What a weekend, mate! All this love and conversation is a magical thing.
‘To my gorgeous new followers: please be patient with those who don’t understand. No hate ❤. Women are beautiful. Men are beautiful. NBs are beautiful. I’m just tit with a piano. And change can be scary ⚡’
Friday Night Live can be streamed on All4.
