SAS: Who Dares Wins is already the UK’s most difficult reality programme, and now it has a spin-off that will make things much more difficult.
SAS: Who Dares Wins Jungle Hell, a new Channel 4 programme, will send 20 new recruits to Vietnam to kick off 2023 with a bang.
The original show has been a tremendous hit since its debut in 2015, and it has aired seven seasons to date, with the most recent ending in May 2022.
There have been four celebrity spin-off seasons, with winners including X Factor finalist Alexandra Burke and ex-footballers Calum Best and Wayne Bridge.
The eighth season, Jungle Hell, will be set in the thick jungles of northern Vietnam, a first for the show.
But where is it being shot, and who are the new recruits?
Where is SAS: Who Dares Wins – Jungle Hell filmed?

SAS: Who Dares Wins was filmed in the Scottish Hebrides, notably on the island of Rasaay, off the coast of the Isle of Skye, for the first two seasons.
Since then, the candidates have travelled to various places, including South America and the Chilean Andes, as well as Jordan’s barren deserts.
This year’s contenders will venture into the deepest and darkest forests of Vietnam’s north, notably Thung Ui Ninh Binh.
The Vietnamese word ‘thung’ approximately translates to ‘valley’ in English. Ninh Binh is a tiny city about 60 miles from Hanoi, the country’s capital.
Who are the SAS: Who Dares Wins 2023 directing staff?

The relocation of SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2023 has resulted in a number of modifications to the expert lineup.
Rudy Reyes took over as Chief Instructor when Ant Middleton stepped down after six seasons. For the jungle edition, Mark Billingham will take over.
Mark has been a member of the Directing Staff since the second season and will be the Chief Instructor for the next episodes.
He has 27 years of military experience, having began his military career in Belize in 1984 and finishing it in Brunei in 2008.
Rudy Reyes will return to SAS: Who Dares Wins, however he will not be one of the Chief Instructors this time. Chris Oliver, a new cast member, will be joining the show. Jason Fox, who has been a member of the show from its inception, will remain.
Who are the new recruits for the series?
