To no one’s surprise, Alison Hammond, called the Queen of Daytime TV, may be getting married shortly.
Perhaps that is an exaggeration, but the former Big Brother star has stated that she is at least open to getting engaged again now that she has’someone wonderful’ in her life – and we applaud her for that!
The This Morning host has kept her relationships mostly discreet over the years, however she divorced her fiancée Jamie Savage in 2017 after three years of dating and has an 18-year-old son Aiden with her ex Noureddine Boufaied.
Alison was also briefly linked with Ben Kusi in 2020 after meeting on Celebs Go Dating.
In more sweet news, Alison has fallen in love with a mysterious man and would happily say ‘yes’ if he decided to propose.
The 47-year-old television personality told My Weekly magazine: ‘There’s someone special and if he wants to pop the question, he can pop away.’

Alison claimed that she has been dating the guy for a long and that he ‘worships’ her and shows it by giving her a daily foot rub, which is precisely the kind of pampering she needs, right?
She spilled: ‘A year-and-a-half I’ve been with him, and no one knew. He absolutely worships me and massages my feet every single day. What more do you want?’
Alison – who has developed a massive fan base for her boisterous interviews with A-listers including Woody Harrelson, Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson – went on to emphasise her enthusiasm for making ‘happy TV’.
The Birmingham actress also stated that she believes that if she is having a good time, the audience would as well.
She said: ‘Nowadays there’s so much bad stuff in the news. I just want to see happy TV, so if I think if I’m enjoying it, you’re enjoying it.’

Alison also reflected on how she turned her schoolday ability of making her instructors ‘giggle’ into a career.
Alison revealed what she was like as a student, saying her school report would read: ‘Alison does not find maths simple, but she does find conversing easy.’
‘I got on with most of the teachers. I did actually make them giggle,’ she said.
‘And I’ve ended up making a living out of chatting. They say you need to do a job you love. I love chatting and laughing and having fun with people.’
