Ashley Roberts appears to be in love, having just left the chilly and windy UK weather for a romantic trip to Dubai with her new lover.
The Pussycat Doll, 42, has been discovered to be dating George, a 25-year-old rapper who has collaborated with Drake and Anthony Joshua.
According to reports, the couple spent last week at the seaside hotel Caesars Palace, soaking in the stunning vistas and dining like royalty at premium Italian restaurant Scalini.
Ashley has been dropping indications that she’s off the market, sharing a slew of gorgeous photos from Dubai, including an Instagram Story with a glimpse of her new partner.
The american star posed in the back of a taxi, with MailOnline identifying George’s hand resting on her thigh.
According to the publication, Ashley and George are ‘smitten with each other.’
‘They have chosen to keep their relationship private for now but gradually have started sharing snippets from their life together on social media,’ a source said.
‘George is extremely successful in his own right, creating artwork for massive names and establishing himself in his craft from a young age.’
Ashley is said to be unconcerned about their age difference since ‘they have similar interests’ and George has ‘inspired her creatively.’
‘She hasn’t felt this way in a long time.’
While George is not a fellow pop star, he is a creative in his own way, having recently collaborated with boxer Francis Ngannou for his bout against Tyson Fury last Saturday.
He adorned the martial artist’s boots with his own designs, adding to his celebrity clientele.
It’s unclear how he and Ashley met, although George is also quite active on social media.
The artist and tattooist, who has 39.3k Instagram followers, recently published photos from his Dubai vacation, and while she didn’t leave a remark, Ashley liked his post.
The photos included George standing by the water, as well as photographs of the architecture and the gourmet food.
George’s Instagram page is mostly made up of tattoos he’s done on individuals and paintings, as well as vacations to the United Arab Emirates.
His connection with Ashley is her first serious relationship after her divorce from Giovanni Pernice.
Ashley and Giovanni, both 33, were married for nearly a year before splitting up in 2020.
When Ashley reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, she was partnered with professional Pasha Kovalev.
Following their famous affair, the Italian dancer dated Maura Higgins from Love Island.
Gio announced their split on Twitter at the time, writing: ‘@ImAshleyRoberts and I have decided to part as a couple. We are still friends and wish each other the best in the future.’
Ashley has kept her love life very secret, especially in recent years.
She was previously the subject of a romance rumour when she was reported to be dating TV personality Declan Donnelly.
The 48-year-old Geordie Britain’s Got Talent host reportedly had a brief affair with the Heart Radio presenter following her spell on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2012.
Ashley also appeared on Saturday Night Takeaway with Ant and Dec, where there was much of flirtation, much to Ant’s enjoyment.
Ashley previously said about their relationship: ‘We’re trying to keep it out of the public eye. We’re just getting to know each other.’
However, she added: ‘We’re having fun, but I’m single. I love both those guys.’
Despite the end of their flirty relationship, Ashley and Dec remained friends, and she attended Dec’s wedding to Ali Astall in 2015.
Ashley has even been linked to Prince Harry in the past, with the former Dancing On Ice judge partying with him and later telling The Mirror: ‘If the Prince asked me out on a date, I would probably say yes.’
