Stacey Solomon once again demonstrated that she is everyone’s favourite relatable monarch today, when a simple video message degenerated into complete pandemonium.
While attempting to communicate with her 5.6 million followers, the mother of five appeared unfazed by interruptions involving the toilet and excrement.
The 33-year-old woman was unaware of the impending drama as she spoke with her family about her son Rex’s birthday, which they were commemorating tonight with takeaway.
Stacey began while holding infant Belle, whom she and Joe Swash, 41, welcomed in February, by saying, ‘It’s been an emotional morning at the Solomon Swash residence, as today is Rex’s fourth birthday.
‘I don’t know why this feels so emotional, I think it’s because it’s his last “baby” birthday and he’s going to big school in September.
‘Also over the last year I just think he’s grown up so much. The haircut didn’t help,’ she laughed.

Stacey continued after a brief interruption from Belle, who was beaming at a toy sheep, and a few “bas”: “He’s just grown up so quickly and yeah, so it’s his birthday, he’s gone to nursery, I made…”
Rose, born in October 2021 to Stacey, had other ideas, as she said off-camera, ‘Want potty.’
Stacey responded by pausing the proceedings to attend to the situation and stating that she would return shortly.
True to her word, Stacey rushed back and continued: ‘Sorry, quick toilet break for Rose.’
However, the drama was not over, as it was only a few seconds before little Belle vomited all over Stacey.
What followed was a classic expression of astonishment from Stacey Solomon, followed by the phrase, ‘Oh, dear.’
The X Factor star continued with a smile and a chuckle: ‘I’ll be back again.’
Stacey could now readily converse as she quipped, ‘I’ve cleaned up the sick, I’ve cleaned out the potty. Where was I?’
‘So I made Rex some breakfast pancakes then send him with a little bag of sweets to school to hand out, and we’re going to have a takeaway tonight. Because he was actually born on my mum’s birthday,’ she finally continued.
The television personality then revealed that her decluttering programme Sort Your Life Out has been nominated for a National Television Award.
‘This is the coolest thing ever, I can’t believe it,’ she said.
The Loose Women star then shared some extremely adorable recordings of Rex as a newborn and as he grew older to commemorate the occasion.
In a seperate post, Stacey shared some pictures of her, Rex, and dad Joe, and captioned it: ‘💕 4 whole years of you Rex 💕 HAPPY BIRTHDAY PICKLE 🥹 Wow that has flown faster than we could have ever imagined. I can not believe how big you’ve gotten especially in this last year.
‘Next stop big school 😭 What a kind, happy, caring, special young man you’re growing up to be. Mummy & Daddy are so proud of you Rexy. Too the moon and back always!
‘P.S if I see one more video of people telling me you only have little kids for four years I’m going to cry 😂. It’s not true they’ll be your baby forever and you’re doing amazing 🖤😭🖤😭 Swipe for this day four years ago 😭.’
After six years of dating, Joe and Stacey tied the knot last year and now have three children together.
Stacey is also the mother of Zachary Solomon, 15, whom she had at the age of 17 with her childhood sweetheart Dean Cox, and Leighton Barham, 11, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé Aaron Barham.
