Using her kitchen as equipment in a spirited video, Carol Vorderman said there was no need for a home gym as she pumped her legs into the air.
Carol keeps up and works out on her makeshift parallel bars, which are the breakfast bar and oven handle, as her daughter works out diligently for a 25-day astronaut expedition in a cave.
The entertaining video was tweeted by the former Countdown star on Sunday as she kicked her leg all the way up to her head.
The 63-year-old looked stunning as always in an all-black skin-tight ensemble with a corset belt and her trademark blonde hair fashioned in beachy waves.
Carol performed many repetitions of the exercise before transferring to the other leg and carrying out the exercise once more.
‘I do this all the time in the kitchen,’ Carol laughed with Jona Lewie’s You’ll Always Find Me in the Kitchen at Parties played.
The maths whiz hopped up and down, laughed, and added: ‘Oh yeah, love a good stretch.’
She apparently loves a good roast dinner too as she captioned the video with a plea for someone to make one for her because she ‘hates cooking’.
‘I love doing this in the kitchen….like a really cheap version the parallel bars…

‘Happy Sunday x. Could just eat a good Sunday roast dinner today…..but nobody here to cook it for me 😂 (NB, I hate cooking!!)’
Commenters were impressed with Carol’s ‘rubber legs’ and joked they’d be round to make her dinner soon.
One said: ‘Can she kick it?….. YES SHE CAN! 😂👌🏼 I love doing this but only when I can be arsed to do the 10 min warm up first 😂.’
Another added: ‘Flipping heck rubber legs !! did you get that foot up there 😮’ to which Carol responded: ‘yep… love it.’

Carol recently criticised Johnny Mercer, a Conservative cabinet office minister, and his wife Felicity Cornelius-Mercer for receiving big salaries.
Last month, she also attacked Boris Johnson for violating the lockdown rules, calling him a “disgusting piece of gaslighting.”
