Helen Skelton has made the most of her 40th birthday festivities.
The former Blue Peter broadcaster celebrated the event in style, surrounded by her loved ones, and truly’milked’ the moment.
She posted a video of herself, her three children, and her family enjoying themselves at a beautiful lake.
Helen, who divorced from ex-husband Richie Myler last year shortly after giving birth to daughter Elsie, confessed in a touching remark that she is ‘grateful’.
She wrote: ‘Milked it. Celebrated. Grateful for another spin around the sun. Marked the actual big bday doing things that make me smile with people that make me smile.
