Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo’s honeymoon hasn’t quite gone as planned.
In fact, they fly through more nations in 24 hours than most of us will in a whole year.
The Made in Chelsea couple recently married in not one, but two ceremonies.
They married in a tiny ceremony at the Chelsea Registry Office in April, before flying to Spain earlier this month for a grandiose second wedding with all of their friends and family.
Of course, they now want to relax on their honeymoon and enjoy their marriage… But it will be some time before they arrive.
Jamie, 34, said on his Instagram Story on Monday (May 29) that he and Sophie, 29, had a series of delayed flights that put everything (quite literally) up in the air.
He started by sharing an excited post, capturing new wife Sophie in the car and writing: ‘And we’re off on honeymoon!!!!’
But it wasn’t long before everything devolved into chaos.
He later wrote: ‘This is WILD… We’re flying on our honeymoon to South America, connecting flight in Amsterdam.
‘KLM are delayed but we still have time to make our flight. Without warning, they take us off the connecting flight…’
He continued: ‘So now we have to fly back to London, then fly to Colombia, then fly to Panama and then fly to our honeymoon destination.’
Jamie was not happy.
‘This is a TOTAL F**K UP’, he declared, tagging his airline.
He added that ‘this means Sophie and I will visit 4 different countries in the space of 24hrs.’
Jamie later tweeted a video of himself from inside the airport, joking at the big accident but still seeming concerned.
‘London, to Amsterdam, missed the connection for whatever reason, being flown back to London because the airline sucks, now the flight back to London is delayed, then we have to get a flight from London to Bogata, then Bogata to Colombia then to Panama, then Panama onwards again.’
We’re exhausted just hearing all of that!
As he proceeded to board another airline, he closed the video with a sardonic smile and thumbs up to the camera.
Hopefully, the husband and wife will be able to spend their honeymoon on land soon!
