The 64-year-old actress rushed to social media to congratulate her former co-star and friend Lindsay, 37, on the birth of her first child.
The acting veteran sent a romantic remark beside an old photo of the two of A-listers together merged with a shot of Jamie and Lindsay in character on the set of Freaky Friday.
It read: ‘MAGIC MONDAY! My movie daughter just made me a movie grandmother. Blessings to Lindsay and Bader for the birth of Luai! @lindsaylohan [sic].’

The actress and her financier lover are said to have welcomed their kid in Dubai but have yet to announce the news on social media.
Lindsay revealed her pregnancy with Bader on Instagram, posting a cute photo of a babygrow with the words ‘Coming soon’ to her fans.
Alongside the photo, she shared the words: ‘We are blessed and excited! [sic]’ followed by a host of baby-related emojis.
The famous face recently opened up about becoming a mum during a chat with Allure magazine and admitted she was ‘overwhelmed in a good way’ about welcoming a little one.
She said: ‘I can’t wait to see what the feeling is and what it’s like to just be a mom. Happy tears. That’s just who I am.
‘Though now, it’s probably baby emotion. It’s overwhelming in a good way.’
