Katie Price is said to have gotten a new tattoo in honour of her mother Amy, who has a fatal lung illness.
The former beauty model, 44, is reported to have unveiled the tattoo on her OnlyFans website for her paying subscribers.
Katie is no stranger to needles, having recently spent eight hours getting tattooed in January.
Her most recent body art is said to be the word ‘family’ in swirling writing on the mother-of-right five’s knee cap.
According to The Sun, which has seen the new tat, Katie is set to show the design to her other followers in due time.
Amy has been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a fatal lung illness, in 2017.
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a disorder that causes the lungs to scar and makes breathing difficult.
Katie previously disclosed that her mother was given a life expectancy of three to five years after being diagnosed, and that she had begun preparing her funeral last year.
In her memoir, Harvey and Me: A Mother’s Love, she revealed: ‘I know it sounds awful, but once we knew the prognosis, I even spoke to my mum about her funeral and what she wants for it.
‘I think it’s much easier to organise a funeral if you know what they want.’
Katie celebrated her mother’s 70th birthday last year with a touching Instagram slideshow.
‘There are no words to convey the love I have for my mother,’ she added below it. ‘Happy 70th Mother’s Day.’
‘Happy birthday, nanny,’ wrote her 15-year-old daughter Princess Andre, while Katie’s sister Sophie added a sequence of loving emojis.
