Kourtney Kardashian, 44, and Travis Barker, 47, have welcomed their first child together after a difficult pregnancy.
After struggling to conceive with her Blink 182 drummer husband, Kourtney’s newborn boy, rumoured to be called Rocky Thirteen Barker, was cause for great joy.
The Kardashian star has yet to release photos of her baby kid, but Travis did share a video of himself drumming while his wife was in labour, which we’re not sure we’d thank him for.
Kourtney has been rather silent about the baby and her post-birth health, although she has shared a biblical scripture on her Instagram story that refers to ‘plenty’ in life.
Seemingly from a daily affirmation style book, a page titled November 12, read: ‘This is a time of abundance in your life. Your cup runneth over with blessings.’
The quote is from the bible, coming from Psalm 23, likely describing how the mum is feeling at the moment with her new ‘blessing’.
It continued: ‘After plodding uphill for many weeks, you are now traipsing through lush meadows drenched in warm sunshine. I want you to enjoy this time of ease and refreshment to the fullest.
‘I delight in providing it for you.’
The text then addresses those who reject God’s ‘gifts’ and don’t feel worthy, which ‘grieves’ him with further bible references.
Kourtney is the most vocal about her faith among her siblings, although it is rarely acknowledged by the Kardashians – except for the word ‘bible’.
Kourtney already has Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, with her ex-partner Scott Disick, while Travis has Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 48.
The Lemme founder was seen driving away from Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on Tuesday after spending three days there after giving birth on Saturday.
Kourtney is reported to be ‘over the thrilled’ with their bundle of joy after a’stressful’ pregnancy, staying to herself in her postnatal cocoon.
It’s unclear whether momager Kris Jenner and her large family have yet seen the newest member of the Kardashian clan, but we’re sure they won’t be gone for long.
