Kylie Minogue wants to work with Madonna, and our hearts are racing faster than ever (Padam Padam, am I right?).
That’s correct. The Can’t Get You Outta My Head singer, 55, would be thrilled to work alongside the Queen of Pop.
Kylie has returned to the stage after taking a vacation after Covid-19, and she is better than ever, with her popular single Padam Padam rocketing to the top of the charts.
The banger has even entrenched itself as a cultural icon, with a mention in the House of Commons and a possible inclusion in the Oxford English Dictionary.
Coincidentally, as the In My Arms singer returns to the spotlight, the 64-year-old Material Girl hitmaker is also hard at work.
Fans went insane when Madonna announced her Celebration World Tour earlier this year, which would be a look back at her legendary four-decade career.
Chatting at KTUphoria concert, when asked whether she would ever collaborate with the Queen of Pop, the Neighbours star said: ‘I would, of course I would. She’s going on tour, you know…
‘I don’t have Madonna’s number but if I was in town and she was in town…
‘It would be amazing. The building would probably fall down, we’d probably have to send out warnings.’
And Kylie’s excitement for the buzz isn’t far from reality, as Twitter erupted at the mere mention of a collaboration.
One fan said: ‘2 icons making a song together will be the death for all of us [sic].
Another wrote, ‘LOVE THIS! Get the money ladies!’ while someone else said: ‘We need this NOW.’

Words were echoed multiple times, as another commented: ‘Two music megastars on the same record?????? We need it.’
‘Make it happen god dammit!’ chimed in another.
While the two idols have long been the focus of fan feuds and unjust comparisons, Kylie has only expressed love and adoration for the renowned Hung Up singer.
‘I was 16 dancing around my bedroom to Madonna and I’m super excited about her tour, I think we all are,’ she said.
In other news, Kylie said that reaching number one with Padam Padam was “humbling” and “hugely amazing.”
She also praised the “younger generation” for not being “ageist” in their choices of music to listen to and musicians to follow.
